Did you try the commercial software EXE Cryptor?  It should slow down
anyone trying to analyze your software.

Also, you could try integrating some custom exploits against debugging
software -- here's a recent one.

** Compuware Softice (DbgMsg driver) Local Denial Of Service

As stated here by many before, if someone has enough time and resources,
they will get at your code.  The best you can do is to frustrate them so
much that the analysis consumes their time for friends, beer, wo/men,
etc...
