Mike,  full-disclosure  isn't  appropriate  place  for  disclosing  rule
problems of Ottawa Police. It's full of different shit.

P.S.

I have an idea to make this list better. There should be 3 tests to pass
to  have  ability to post F-D: IQ, technology and Google search. One can
also think about written English, but I fail in this case.
