Out of all seriousness, here's the best way to do it in
thunderbird. Its already been said, but some people don't take the hint.
Go to your inbox, then Tools -> Message Filters.
Click New.
If
sender contains n3td3v
body contains n3td3v
subject contains n3td3v
to or cc contains n3td3v
Then
Move to Trash
-or-
Move to Junk
<OK>
I can testify that this gets rid of 90% of all troll-ish mail on FD.
