sqlninja 0.2.1 - fix!

hi all,

for the ones that downloaded sqlninja 0.2.1, please upgrade to 0.2.1-r1,
which fixes a nasty bug that the infinite number of monkeys that
constitute my code review team wasn't able to detect.
