Full Disclosure: PWDumpX v1.0 and PWDumpX v1.1 updated - bug fixes

A few bugs have been fixed in PWDumpX v1.0 and PWDumpX v1.1. They have
also been modified slightly as to avoid AV detection. The updated
versions can be downloaded from the following locations:
