Subject: What is the honeypot that bogs down scans of open
IP address
space

Someone has developed a "stickypot" or something that I read
about hear that you can have monitor your unused IP Addresses
from your ISP and it literally bogs down the scanning machine
by trapping it somehow...does anyone have the link? I
thought I had bookmarked the site but can't seem to locate it.
