A non listening remote shell and execution server

The implemetation of SAdoor was influed by FX's POC code cd00r. 

Althought SAdoor 0.4.x can be  used as a backdoor (which requires alot
of extra  configuration to avoid obvious detection),  the intention is
to provide an alternative way for remote access to sensitive systems.
