Yeah, the FBI..  ;-)  Among others I'm sure.


I am quite sure the goverment has some information. This data
should be made accessible to data security personel.

Most elite hackers have unique characteristics. That is what
separates them from the bad ones. Even if they are not caught,
it might be a good practice to record their attacks.
