Honeypots: operating system distribution for hosts scanning the net

Hi everyone,

as Honeyd now supports passive fingerprinting, it is possible to use
it for generating the Operating System Distribution of hosts scanning
the Internet randomly.  The main page at

  http://www.honeyd.org/

has a top list of operating systems seen randomly scanning the Internet.
It should come as no surprise that Windows hosts are at the top of that
list.
