Honeypots: Honeyd:personality refers to?

I am new to this.:)
Just want to ask:
When we set the templates for honeyd, where can we get
the personality or which file does it refer to?
Eg
annotate "Windows NT 4 SP3" fragment old
create template
set template personality "Windows NT 4 SP3"
......
......

What I would like to know is where does this "Windows
NT 4 SP3" come from or to which file is this referring
to?
I have tried setting my own say "Win 98" but it says
parse error.
