Honeypots: feedback

Hi everyone

I recently became a member of Honeynet maillist and downloaded the Honeynet Security Console.
I would like to have some feedback about the use of the console.
On the Primary Database setting up on the third step is asked to "paste the full contents of the file ( hsc.v104.sql ) 
".
Can anyone give me some help through this very primary step ?
