honeypot not respon with nmap

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) i'm using red hat 9.0 and i'm install honeypot0.7 after installation and setting honeypot i'm ping honeypot and respon but after i'm scan with nmap it doesn't respon
port and service not show in nmap and nmap show message host seems down,what the problem with honeypot and give me the sollution
