Folks,
        I have since left Metases, and have recently received a few emails
concerning this paper.  I will be posting this again for all concerned on
my own site after I speak with the appropriate powers that be to ensure
all is well and to avoid any political fires.

Once I have updated that (By the end of the week) I will post the url to
the list.
