Security Incidents: OT log analyzer

Hi all,

 
I read a interesting article from Steve Romig in Usenix. In this article he explains how we can use cisco netflow for 
Intrusion Detection. I was thinking if is there in anyplace a commercial sofware that makes something similar ?

Have anyone know-how with Cisco log analyzers for Intrusion Detection ?
