inkoop is dutch, and simply means to buy.
My guess is that this one of the many small bsuiness ventures trying to get
rich fast .. in their case probably simply by reselling unix shell account
access.
Their IP (212.19.213.241) is on the net of InTouch.nl,
which is an ISP that does webhosting and other stuff.
This all looks like a typical startup company not exactly knowing how to
behave on the 'Net.
