Does anyone have the md5sums/datestamps for the suspect beta versions of
Bind 8.2.3?

No datestamps needed. *ALL* Bind 8.1.*, 8.2.*, and 8.2.3 betas are *known*
vulnerable. So if you aren't at 8.2.3-REL, you have a problem.
