No datestamps needed.  *ALL* Bind 8.1.*, 8.2.*, and 8.2.3 betas are *known*
                         ^^^^^      ^^^^^
vulnerable.  So if you aren't at 8.2.3-REL, you have a problem.

Bind 8.1.2 isn't vulnerable, and still widely used. Sometimes people
downgrade from 8.2.x to 8.1.2.
