The URL is a custom generated URL, so I did not send it to this list because
each removal request has a different URL.
We have received several requests for the link. I will generate a custom
URL for anyone that would like to be removed from our testing. Simply send
an email to ccare_at_akamai.com and we'd be happy to accommodate your request
for removal from our testing.
I apologize for not mentioning this fact in the earlier email.

Why not share it with us, or do we all have to complain publicly on Bugtraq
so that our firewall logs won't get cluttered up?
