Hi Christian,
Im sorry to say; and you will most likely hear it from others too; but
don't expect a fast respose from the ISP (your are lessthan likely to even
get one).
This particular ISP (Wirehub; now Easynet Netherlands) is very responsive.
You will certainly get an answer from their Abuse dpt.
FYI, Wirehub Internet maintains one of the best DNS Blacklists on the net
(used by a lot of other ISP's and companies as well). The scans from
kes.wirehub.nl are open proxy/relay scans done by Wirehub itself. They're
not hacking into your computer.
However, a little bit more information about this thing would be better. For
instance: a rename from kes.wirehub.nl to proxyscan.wirehub.nl, and a
relevant URL in the HTTP Referer for more information about these scans.
Anyway, this is the URL with more information about the scans.
http://basic.wirehub.nl/proxyscans.html
If you feel that the amount of scans is abusive, you should inform Wirehub
about this, of course. Perhaps this thing needs some more finetuning.
Best regards,
Jacco Tunnissen
