SpywareGuard, available at http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html does this too.

AFAIK, they don't work in "Sentry" mode (I didn't test the Tea Timer component). In addition to these, I also use Spyware Blaster.

It looks like a good solution is as always : use a combination of tools with different philosophy + keep reliable backups nearby.
