Amazon and S3 and the BitTorrent(TM) protocol

All that uses BitTorrent -- the protocol that Comcast seemed intent on stopping because it was used by the evil P2P
people is also used by Amazon (and maybe others) in a rational use. Would that have generated resets?

The bottom line is it is damn hard to tell good from bad and what may have started out as "bad" often becomes "the way
we do it"
