Tighter Reins on Law's Access to E-mail Urged

The White House said Monday that it would propose strict regulations for
cyber-surveillance, similar to the laws regarding wire taps. The
proposed legislation would require law enforcement to demonstrate
probable cause of a crime in order to obtain a court order seeking the
contents of a suspect's e-mail.
