Mediation Ordered in Lee Nuclear Data Case

A federal judge has ordered lawyers on both sides of the Wen Ho Lee
nuclear data case to select senior judges to negotiate bail and a
possible plea bargain for Lee, who is accused of mishandling
classified information and violating the Atomic Energy Act.
