Not to sound too Andy Rooney here, but didja ever notice that the FBI can't
do anything right, so far as the computer security press is concerned?
If they catch someone, they're "restless and unrelenting."  If they don't,
they're "hopelessly incompetent."  The cops are always the bad guys
until you are the victim of a criminal act--then they start to look
more like good guys. There are no atheists in foxholes, and there aren't
many cop-detractors dialing 911.

God knows the FBI is far from perfect.  But so are the people they serve.
It's a big club.
