SE&I Plans & Process (P&P) Engineer 08004537
The P&P IPT has a requirement for a process engineer with Air Force domain experience to perform the following tasks:
Work with SEIT process owners to update and map out their processes using swim-lane diagrams
Work with process owners to identify meaningful performance metrics and begin collection of those metrics
Create/generate monthly summary performance report based on collected metrics for each SEIT process plus representation of overall SEIT operation – and present to SE&I leadership team and Wing forum on quarterly basis
Identify opportunities for improvements to SEIT processes based on analysis of data provided by process owners
JOB REQUIREMENTS

BS degree. Fifteen years of general experience (10 yrs with a master’s degree) required. Former Air Force Officer with minimum of 8 years experience working in the systems engineering arena on large scale DoD acquisition programs required. Experience working in or with the GPS Wing.
