The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Information Security Analyst to join the Security Unit. Supporting the Unit, your interpersonal skills will be first class as you will deal with a variety of people on a daily basis. On a typical day, you can expect any of the following:
Support the Security team – Manage and develop relationships with external parties, undertake research, ensure that the team is aware of all Security Unit activities.
Co-ordinate E-banking Fraud Response - Managing customer queries, analysis of query information, maintaining lines of communication to ensure a co-ordinated response to e-banking fraud incidents.
Be the hub of information for committees and work groups - maintaining documentation, user details for intranet access and ensuring that actions raised by committees and groups are responded to in a timely manner.
Due to the technical nature of the team’s work, an awareness of the Information Security discipline and an understanding of IT terms is necessary. Our ideal candidate will also have the following personal attributes:
• A process-driven approach, allowing you to see how everything fits together (including teams, systems and programs)
• The ability to prioritise and organise a varied and demanding workload
• A proactive attitude with the initiative to find outstanding work and complete it
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
