The Italians, the Africans, the British, and a bunch more. Your memory
must be pretty short.
As to why they do it? They're amoral haters who will kill anyone who
gets in their way. If you seriously think they would stop if they
killed all Americans, you're deluded. That would just be a good start
for these people.
