openbsd 3.2 + 3.15BETA2

In an attempt to upgrade my Openbsd 3.2 system from
nmap 3.10ALPHA9 to 3.15BETA2 configure choked.

configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
make: don't know how to make %.cc. Stop in
/root/firewall/nmap-3.15BETA2.
