[PEN-TEST] Administrivia

Hey Folks,

Few quick notes:

1. Please go easy on the quotes, do not include the whole body of the
message, it's annoying to read and it's taxing to the listserv which
already has a fearsome burden of 500K plus messages a day.

2. Out of office messages - If you want to stay on the list make sure to
configure your mailer to not send out of office messages to the list. I
kill about 10 people a day because of this and it's not necessary.

3. Quality - I wantyed to thank you all for the quality of the most of the
messages. It's stellar for the most part and makes running this list worth
it.
