I'm looking for recommendations for a good trouble ticket system for a
NSP/ISP. Nothing fancy required, just somthing solid and easy to use.
I'd like to hear what others are using.
We are using Remedy. It's highly configurable, easy to use, and works
extremely well. It's a little pricey, but well worth it.
