Our 800 and 888 numbers through C&W T's have been offline all day. Its 
somewhere along the Balt/NY coridor.

The last few days have been hard, after the big Worldcom fiber cut
yesterday I thought life would get back to normal. Today Worldcom had
fiber cut in New York, and now this Sprint cut. If you add that with
the MAE-West outages it has not been a good week.
