Randy, no offense, but it sounds like you have some seriously unrealistic
expectations here.

Exactly how much are you paying for this service?  It sounds like you should
receive a full refund.

No, Randy has a need -- an operational need that I suspect many on this 
list share.  His note simply says that the current system is inadequate 
for production use; a more recent note asks, in about these words, 
"what can he (and other operators) do" to help the situation.
