I did see about twenty minutes of flapping on our DS3 to them.  That's hooks
up at 1 Wilshire (MAE LA).  Why would problems at SunnyVale cause Wilshire
to flap?!  Not a BGP flap, an interface flap.  Line protocol down, up, down,
up, etc. 

Veddy interestink...  Sounds a little more wide spread...

I'm not from GBLX either, but we did hear there was a fiber cut in SF
today.  It doesn't quite explain why I can't reach SNV2 from SNV (right
across the street from each other).

Can someone from Global crossing help explain this problem. There seems to
be some sort of internal  network problem. Traceroutes attached. This
