How about the FBI start going after the netblock hijackers now? While
racine's motivation was political, the netblock hijackers motivation is
purely unjust enrichment and theft of service.

Just to be pedantic, he was supposed to appear in court on Monday.  But I
haven't seen a news story of the judge accepting his guilty plea yet.

I wish all criminals called the FBI and explained how they comitted the
crime.  It would make the FBI's job a lot easier.
