I'm pretty happy with them, I just wish my DLink would stop requiring reboots...

I assume you connected it to a (battery backed) UPS? If not doing so may help with that. Small fluctuations in power may cause just enough bitrot (http://www.catb.org/jargon/html/B/bit-rot.html) for it to behave funky but not all out fail.
