Aside from WXP firewall issues (i.e. you need winpcap installed if you
want to use it from behind the Internet Connection Firewall), I haven't
had any problems with recent builds. On the other hand, the new -sS
default may cause a problem for some people, and this is not set in
NmapNT. nmap (3.00) should work all the time with -sT, except that it
doesn't. I'll take a look at that in the next couple of days (I hope).
If anyone has problems w/ nmap 3.00 on Windows, post a --win_trace -d -d
output, as that should have useful information.
BTW, the rawsock mode should always work on W2K _if you are admin_. If
it doesn't work, try --win_forcerawsock.
