how to find out particulars about config on Windows machines from Linux
From: nmap-lists () ied com

 Hi,

I was wondering whether someone here could recommend some software
running on Linux which, given an IP of a Windows box, would

1) detect as much as possible without an admin password

2) given an admin password, report (in ASCII) network configuration,
peripherials attached (and share names for printers), drivers used, etc.

Any suggestions are more than welcome,

   Thanx,

     John
