Nmap Development: Nmap Win2K

I am running the Nmap on Win2K with a Cisco 802.11b card the following
is the error I am getting 
"Starting nmap V. 3.00 ( www.insecure.org/nmap )
rawrecv_open: SIO_RCVALL failed (10022) on device eth0
 
QUITTING!"
 the following is the command 
"CMD: nmap -sS -PT -PI -O -T 3 10.42.42.12"
Any ideas or help with this would be greatly appreciated. I am running
NAV 2001, Kontiki (a download util)  and TFI memory+.
