Has anybody looked at putting nmanp on a handheld device running
win-ce-4? I saw some mention of nmap on embedded linux on the related
projects page, but nothing about win-ce.

Win-ce 4 contains many network drivers that are built by default in
win-ce images. Bluetooth and cisco aironet are two that come to mind
immediately. The possibilites here could be quite interesting.
