Nmap Development: Unable to install nmapwin

Hello,

I'm attempting to set nmap up on my windows 2k box, but, when
I try to install the newest version (nmapwin-1.3.1) the installation
almost completes then gives repeated error messages and
crashes out.  The message is: "String PRODUCT_NAME was
not found in string table".


Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
