Thanks for the clues.  I had to add some explicit rules to make the
Sun version of make compile C++ files properly.  It now compiles with
/usr/ccs/bin/make (only tested with g++/gcc) on my Solaris 9 box.  The
fix will be in the next version of Nmap (due out later today).
