Nmap Development: nmapwin problems

hi,

several problems with nmapwin:

a) on the nmap download page the link points to a previous version on 
sourceforge (1.2.13 instead of 1.3.0)
b) compiling from source doesn't seem to work, I've tried with both the 
provided source (missing resource.h) and latest cvs (missing htlmhelp.h) 
with vc++6 and bloodshed. no go. has anyone compiled it recently?
c) it would be nice to have a zipped binary archive alongside the 
installer, windows installer fails in certain configurations in a 
non-recoverable way (I suspect removed wsh bindings).In my situation, 
it's not a case of outdated InstMsiW.exe , but I am running a pretty 
modified win2k.
