Notsomuch ;(  My first attempt running 3.25 against a substantial target
list (several class B's) of mostly-firewalled hosts resulted in the
above assertion failure.  I attempted to reproduce it (just reran with
exactly the same options); nmap apparently got a hundred or so hosts
further, and then segfaulted.  Doh.

Unfortunately I had ulimit -c 0'ed, and have not had the time /
opportunity to reproduce since then; fell back to 3.00.  Next I will try
to make sure it'll produce a core, and/or run with --packet_trace to
make a more useful bug report than "it broke", but I figured it was
useful anyway to know the above fix wasn't enough :(
