Help with new Nmap version 3.30

With the new Nmap version 3.30 I get the following error. If you can help please do.
serious time computation problem in adjust_timout ... received = (1057034429,763401) sent=(1057030829,750000) delta = -694953895 rttvar = 5000 to = 300000
