Nmap Development: nmap - cannot compilte - no file

Hello,

I've recently downloaded nmapwin_1.3.0_src.zip,
but I can compile only the nmapserv project.
For the nmap project I recieved an error:
D:\prj\dealiaj\nmapwin\nmap\mswin32\nmap.rc(3) : fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'resource.h'.
The nmapwin project gives 11 the same errors
