Nmap Development: NMapWin v1.3.1

i cant get my windows version of NMapWin to work, i tried your suggestions but still no luck.  The error is when i go 
to scan and operate the program, i get this message:
 

Starting nmap V. 3.00 ( www.insecure.org/nmap )
You need raw support for this.
 run "nmap --win_list_interfaces --win_trace" to troubleshoot
QUITTING!
 
I am a little new to using programs to this and would like some help,
thank you very much
