Nmap Development: nmap count....

hi!
nmap hasn't a feature (very important like hping -c)packet count
i don't no good C unfortunatley.....
and i think that must be more low-level(the most of ids have nmap 
fingerprints)
if you want some serius pen-test you must work with hping because nmap 
can't have low-level feature like
ipid,seqnumber,acknumber,windows size....
english is not my native language!!!
