Nmap Development: nmap

what i mean is that when you do nmap -n -P0 -p90,89,7 -sS -sI 2.2.2.2 
1.1.1.1 all seqnumbers are the same and windows size are something like 
1024,4096.2048
for a ids this is a rule!!!
well i'll make a loop script until...do nmap -n -P0 -p$random -sS -sI 
2.2.2.2 1.1.1.1
BUT windows size doesn't change....and you can't have fragment flag choice
english is not my native language!!!
