Re: little ssl compilation pb
From: Marc Croteau <mcroteau () users sourceforge net>

I'm having the exact same problem and am trying to find out what's wrong. I already installed the Nmap and NmapFE 3.50 RPMs and they're working fine. But I'd like to add HTTPS identification support and compile Nmap for my machine and with the latest libpcap (0.8.1).

I'm running SuSE 8.0 with a bunch of updates (basically, I only have the "stock" kernel; everything else is up to date)

I reinstalled OpenSSL >> No change
I tried specifying the libssl path >> No change
I tried specifying a different libpcap path >> No change

I'll keep trying this afternoon and will let you know if I succeed.

Cheers,
