On Monday, the MyDoom virus was released onto the Internet. Some observers have called this the most severe virus they 
have seen. Even if you're not infected, it has the effect of slowing down the overall Internet, and some web sites are 
already responding slower as a result of this virus.

Another side effect of this virus is that it may generate a lot of Internet traffic from February 1 through February 
14. Although ISPs are doing their best to avoid any slowdowns, you may still see slowdowns from  sites on the Internet.
